Jean Ann is collaborating with Not Blood Paint on a music video for their song “The Shape of a Brain”.
The Assembly is having a benefit reading of We Can’t Reach You, Hartford at Spoke the Hub on March 3rd. Jean Ann will be appearing as May Kovar, lion tamer.

The Truck Project, with Jean Ann Douglass and Eric John Meyer, heads to Mount Tremper Arts as part of The Field‘s Artward Bound residency program.

Jean Ann is the media designer for Sometimes in Prague, created by Stephanie Johnstone and Joshua William Gelb, featured as part of the Ohio Theater’s Ice Factory 2011. The performances are July 27-30.
Not Blood Paint is headlining at the Knitting Factory in Brooklyn on July 16, with Jean Ann playing the projector.

From June 25-July 1, Jean Ann will be teaching a workshop in collaborative theater practice in Marshall, VA.

The Truck Project, with Jean Ann Douglass and Eric John Meyer, begins its Spring 2011 tour.
The Field‘s ERPA: Next Gen Debate Series has invited Jean Ann to participate in a debate entitled “Starving Artist vs. Entrepreneur (i.e., what is the effect of ‘non-profit’ language on the arts community)”. The event will be held May 17th at 7pm at Abrons Arts Center.

Jean Ann is co-teaching “Artistic Process and Contemporary Community” with Jared Mezzocchi in the Performance and Interactive Media Arts MFA program at Brooklyn College.

Jean Ann enters rehearsals for Spy Garbo at 3LD, where she is serving as an Isadora programmer during the development of this new play, written by Sheila Schwartz and directed by Kevin Cunningham. The play will run March 1-April 10, 2011.
